Contribute

Members or organizations hold their own events and optionally contribute to the DCMP network in any of the following ways:

• Post their movement related events in the DCMP Discord server.

• Mention @dcmetroparkour in Instagram to have your movement related content reshared.

• Use the #dcmetroparkour #dcmp hashtags on social media uploads from your training.

• Contribute an anonymous consented headcount to the event tracker for member or network organized events.

• Contribute new spots to the community spot map.
